1. The first time a garment is submitted to manufacturer, the measurements used are locked and assigned to that order # and customer. 
2. If you open the measurement form after submitting garment to manufacturer, you will see the following:
   1.  The LOCKED measurements and the Order # and Date those measurements were used for the selected garment. Below shows example for Vest.
   2. Adjustment Measurements
3. The initial measurements are locked
4. Adjustments can be added to the locked measurements any time (by clicking the "-" or "+" to decrease or increase the measurement.
